Hello everyone, I’m Arian. I grew up in a devout Muslim family in Afghanistan and dedicated my life to Islam through prayer, fasting, and studying the Quranβ€”even reading it six times in English. However, as I matured and started questioning the teachings, I discovered unsettling details about our religious history that made me reconsider everything I believed. I was particularly disturbed by historical practices such as child marriage and the harsh treatment faced by young girls. Over time, a critical news article and subsequent reflections ignited a fire within me. My faith was shaken so deeply that I stopped praying and fasting, and I began questioning whether the truths I had always held were complete. In my quest for truth, I delved into various religions, from Judaism to Buddhism, but it was Christianityβ€”and the revelation of the Trinityβ€”that truly resonated with me. This turning point, marked by deep personal anguish and the search for a love and truth that fulfills both the heart and mind, has led me to embark on the journey of conversion. Today, I am seriously considering embracing Christianity as the one true religion because I have seen the error in the Quran and now long to follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
