When I arrived in North Carolina, a Christian couple invited me to church, and for the first time in years, I felt peace. After returning to war, I survived more close calls, convinced I wouldnβt make it back. Then a dream of a bright figure saying βI amβ shook meβI realized it was Jesus pursuing me.
