I used to chase happiness through endless relationships, one-night stands, and intellectual debates, never feeling whole. From a young age, I dove into a life of partying, experimenting with sex, and even adopted an identity as a ‘party girl.’ Despite the thrill, I was left emptyβ€”my pursuits only deepened my depression and left me desperate for rescue. In 2007, I married hoping for fulfillment, but an affair further destroyed my stability. My turning point came when I attended a play based on C.S. Lewis’ The Screwtape Letters; its message struck me so deeply that I began exploring the life of Christ. Soon, I started going to church, made genuine Christian friendships, and in the spring of 2012, I surrendered my life to Jesus. Now, my identity and satisfaction come solely from Him.
