My name is Shakir Ali Sadiq. I was born into a Sunni Muslim family in West Yorkshire, England, and spent part of my childhood in Pakistan. I experienced deep-seated pain from repeated abuseβ€”including sexual and physical tormentβ€”and grew up feeling confused and broken. My early life was marked by rejection, a constant cycle of anger, and a turn toward destructive habits such as drugs, alcohol, and pornography. In the midst of all this rebellion and inner turmoil, I began questioning the religion I was raised in. My life took an unexpected turn when I encountered the saving power of Jesus Christβ€”a divine intervention that brought clarity, healing, and transformation. Today, I stand as a living testimony that no matter how dark the past, the light of Christ can redeem, restore, and set you free. I share my story so that others may have hope and discover that true salvation comes through faith in Jesus alone.
