Summary

Ever since sixth grade, I struggled with body image insecurity fueled by unrealistic media standards and superficial compliments. This constant pressure led me into an emotionally and sexually abusive relationship that triggered a destructive eating disorder. In the midst of this turmoil, I reached a breaking point and sought help through therapy. Through God’s transformative grace and unconditional love, I began healing, breaking free from the cycle of self-hate, and rediscovering my true worth. Today, I stand restored, knowing that despite all the pain, I am valued and loved by God.
