Summary

I’m Emily Peace, and this is my story of transformation. My life was marked by addiction, abuse, and homelessness. I was lost and felt like there was no hope. But God’s grace carried me through some of the darkest moments. I had no family, no phone, and no direction, but after hitting rock bottom, I found myself outside OKC Community Church. That’s when I realized that God had a plan for me, just as He promised through the scripture, that I would be a Mighty Oak of Righteousness. I was taken to detox instead of jail, and that was the start of my recovery journey. After being brought into the Hope House and later discovering the love and community at OKC, my life began to change. God restored everything I had lostβ€”my child, my home, and my dignity. Now, I’m living in freedom and healing, giving thanks to the one who brought me back to life. God truly revived me and showed me that with Him, there is always hope for restoration.

OKC Community Church
OKC Community Church is a church right in the heart of Oklahoma City. Thanks for visiting us on YouTube. Subscribe to this channel for weekly Sunday services, worship videos, and encouragement. For more information about OKC Community, please follow the links below. About OKC Community Church: Our vision is to bring life to our city by being the church the best way we know how. Our mission is to make disciples, baptize them, and teach them everything Jesus commanded. We carry out our mission and pursue our vision by following the way of life that Jesus demonstrated and taught and by committing to live the values we have as a church. As we do this we contend for a great spiritual renewal and revival in our city, culture, and world. We aren’t trying to be the best, instead we long to give God our best.
