All of a sudden, I just broke open and started weeping and weeping, and all of this stuff started breaking up off me. Actually, my whole countenance changed. I went from hi to sober in one moment.

Hi, my name is Jedediah, and this is why I follow Jesus. I’m here to say and I’m here to testify and be a testimony of what God did in my life. I was in the drugs. I was in the violence. I was associated with different gang stuff. I grew up with anger. My dad left me when I was a young man. I struggled with the anger of that. I struggled with no release of that. And I tried to piece my life together and do what’s called like a good life. So, turning point, I was in my house. I was putting it all in order. My wife had left to Oregon. We were having troubles. It was all me on my end, and she was trying to do everything she can, and she did everything she can. So, she went back to Oregon. We were trying to figure everything out. I was working for this company, and I was just doing all the wrong things. So, sitting there in the house, I was putting it in order. My friend goes, hey. He called me up, and he’s like, hey, man, what are you doing? I said, I’m putting my house in order.

He goes, okay. And I said, everything’s gone to crap. I don’t know if my wife and I are done. I just, it’s just, everything’s a mess. It’s just completely destructive. Everything’s going on. He goes, okay. Well, part of the reason why I’m calling today, I want to share this scripture with you. And I said, okay. I’m like, whatever, bro. Grab your Bible and share the scripture thing. And so, he goes to the book of Hezekiah, and he says, Hezekiah was putting his house in order, and you will certainly die tonight. And I, that, like, I felt like the Holy Spirit jump all over me. And I was like, it hit me in the heart, because it goes, man, what did you say when I got on the phone?

I said, I was putting my house in order, and I was telling you that, you know, my relationship with my wife and everything is in jeopardy, and all this stuff is going on. And he’s like, and he goes, you have to cry out. He goes, you know you’ve tasted God. You loved God. At one point, God is not doing this. He goes, I believe the enemy is serving you a death warrant, and I don’t know your time frame. This guy called me up like this. I’m like, what? And so, he’s just. I mean, he’s just reading my mail, like, straight up. And I had lots of respect for him. I told him, I go, honestly, I can’t cry. I don’t even know if I can shed any tears, man.

He goes, man, dude, this is a cry from deep. You know this is true, what I’m saying. And your life’s not over. That’s a lie. God’s grace is here tonight. And so, he sat with me on the phone. He sat with me as I wailed. All of a sudden, I just broke open and started weeping and weeping. And all of this stuff started breaking up off me. Actually, my whole countenance changed. I went from high to sober in one moment. And I was completely. I knew I was set free. I knew in that moment, like, all the time that I was sitting there. I knew that God had, like, completely broke off all this stuff. And now, since then, my kids were so little. They don’t even know that kind of man or who I was. They don’t even. I had a second chance on life. All the anger, all the violence, all this stuff, all the abuse. They never had to see me. They never saw once. God came and delivered me. So, I want to encourage you today, if you’re in that place and that touch, you in any which way, in your heart, in your mind, anything, God is knocking on your door. Turn your life over to Him.
