SummaryI’m Melissa, and I grew up just outside Orillia. Though I went to church as a child, I turned away from faith, believing science disproved the Bible. Years later, after chasing things I thought would make me happy, my life crumbled. I moved back home with my son, feeling broken. A friend invited me to a Bible study, and the historical context about Jesus sparked something in me. As I aligned my life with Scripture, I saw how things began to make sense and fall into place. God provided answers, peace, and a firm foundation. I’m so thankful for my family, my friend Tessa, and the support from Connexus Church. Today, I publicly proclaim Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior πŸ’§βœοΈβ€οΈ
