Summary

I grew up in a staunch Brahmin family in Kolkata, spending hours each day worshipping Kali and other idols 🙏. Though I appeared devoted, my heart carried secrets of guilt and emptiness. One Christmas my mother gave me a children’s illustrated Bible, and reluctantly I opened its pages. As I read the Gospels and then Romans, God’s truth pierced my heart—especially Romans 5:8, where He died for me while I was still a sinner ❤️. In that moment I realized no idol, no ritual, could bring true forgiveness. I surrendered my life to Jesus, embracing His love and calling Him “Abba Father” (Romans 8:15) 🙌. Now I invite you to taste His goodness and find the same life‑changing grace I received.
