Summary

SummaryI grew up Catholic, knowing about Jesus in my head but not in my heart. In my mid-20s, working in a children’s ICU, I felt an emptiness I couldn’t shake. I asked my parents to explore Bible-teaching churches, and by God’s grace we landed at Shelter Rock Church, Manhasset campus. During the car ride home, peace flooded us, and we returned week after week, culminating in our baptism a year later. Through community, mission trips, and prayer, my family and I have been transformed. Though I still feel unworthy, I know my weakness proves His strength. I walk in faith, eternally grateful for His love and looking forward to the day I’ll embrace Jesus in heaven. πŸ™β€οΈ
