Summary

I joined the U.S. Navy straight out of high school, hoping for a better life. Instead, I got caught up smoking and selling weed, even overseas in Japan. My mother, a devoted Christian, kept praying for me, and I kept ignoring her faith. Eventually, NCIS busted me for having THC oil, and I was convinced my life was over. Yet, against all odds, the Navy gave me a general discharge instead of sending me to prison. Coming home to Orlando, I couldn’t shake the feeling that God had spared me for a reason. I began reading the Bible and attending church for realβ€”no more covering up or going just to please my mom. Slowly but surely, Jesus changed my heart. I gave up marijuana, let go of lust, and dedicated my future to serving God. Now, I’m happily married, fully committed to Christ, and devoted to winning souls for His kingdom. This journey from near-certain prison time to true freedom proves that Jesus redeems even our worst mistakes.
