Summary
SummaryIβm Cho, a Chin believer in Myanmar, and Iβve faced discrimination because my ID marks me Christianβand that means second-class treatment under civil war conditions. After I attended Open Doorsβ persecution preparedness training, I felt called to go back and teach others how to recognize persecution, forgive enemies, and stand firm in prayer. Leaving my wife and five children takes courageβthey worry at every checkpoint, and we all pray earnestly for Godβs protection. ππ Now, traveling 10β12 hours through military gates to remote villages, I see Christians from different churches united as one body in Christ. Their warm welcome fills me with hope that, despite danger, God is knitting us together in faith and unity. β€οΈ
In #Myanmar, churches have been destroyed, Christians have been attacked and some pastors even killed. After Cho* attended persecution preparedness training, he became an Open Doors local partner, and now runs the training himself, making dangerous journeys to reach the most remote Christians.
