I was born with a severe heart condition, and doctors weren’t sure if I would even survive. My parents felt like their world had turned upside down. As I grew, I also faced a diagnosis of autism, making things all the more overwhelming. But everything changed when my family and I started watching Pastor Joseph Prince’s teachings. I loved hearing about how much Jesus loves me, and listening to worship music gave me peaceβ€”even during late nights before surgeries. My biggest wish was to visit Singapore and meet Pastor Prince in person. Through the Make A Wish Foundation, that dream actually came true! Despite the tough timesβ€”multiple surgeries and daily medicationsβ€”God’s grace made each day hopeful. Every step of my journey reminds me and my family that we can overcome anything through faith in Jesus’ love and goodness.

Since birth, 12-year-old Ethan Lugo from the United States was stricken with a potentially life-threatening heart condition. Every day, he would listen to Senior Pastor Joseph Prince’s sermons and the Word of God would sustain him through the tough times. In February 2015, his long-time wish to meet Pastor Prince was answered through the help of a charity and our church. Be encouraged by how he is living a life of hope anchored on God’s amazing grace (ref: Peter 1:13).
