At 14, I was torn between my Catholic upbringing and confusing Bible studies with Jehovah’s Witness relatives. I cried out in tears, β€˜I just want to know the truth!’ πŸ“– A week later, my brother returned excited from a youth service where teens my age knew God and loved Him openly. Curious, I joined him, saw kids studying Scripture, singing, and caring for one another, and I felt God answering my prayer in real time πŸ™Œ. After three days of diving into the Word, I surrendered fully, and on February 20, 1995, I was baptized. Since then, through challenges, backsliding, marriage struggles, and restoration, I’ve learned life with Godβ€”and a church familyβ€”is better than anything else 🌟.

I tried finding the truth about God at 14.

I saw my brother change his life for God. That’s when I discovered people my age who knew the truth.

God stayed true even when I didn’t. I felt I deserved the life I built without God.

God showed me that I could lean on Him in my worst of times. He brought me out of my sinful life and I was restored in my relationship with God.
