Summary

Ben Hughes grew up in church until age four, then spent nearly two decades away, pouring his passion into rock music only to be consumed by anger and bitterness. Around age 22, he watched his brother, mother, and girlfriend come to faithβ€”his girlfriend even broke up with him when she was saved. Shaken, Ben joined a missions trip, fell to his knees broken, and received Christ as Savior. God exchanged his bitterness for life, restored his relationship, and gave back his music ministry. Today he serves at Times Square Church, leading a children’s feeding program and playing guitar in worship.
