Summary
SummaryI’m Sabatha, born in 1971 to teenage parents who worked tirelessly—so much that I was raised by our nanny and grew up feeling rejected. Moving often and struggling with coordination, I later learned I’m on the autism spectrum, which explained my social challenges and bullying experiences. Despite academic success, my self-esteem was shattered by constant upheaval and comparison to my outgoing sister. At 17, at a youth camp I reluctantly attended, I encountered Christ’s love through my future husband’s testimony and caring believers. We married, served as missionaries overseas, and I battled depression, control issues in ministry, and even a curse that brought years of health crises—six surgeries in three years! Yet God’s grace carried me through. Today I’m physically healed and my heart overflows with a desire to share God’s love and hope with others.
