Summary

I was a popular cheerleader and part of a youth group growing up, but after high school, I lost my way. Drugs and alcohol filled the void, especially after I lost my baby during pregnancy. Addiction consumed my lifeβ€”heroin, strip clubs, even selling my body. I felt trapped, numb, and so far from God. One night, caught in a violent revenge mission, I feared for my life. That fear pushed me to cry out to God after years of ignoring Him. When I was arrested and facing years in prison, I finally surrendered completely to Jesus. In jail, I experienced a peace and freedom I had never known. The sun on my face felt like God’s mercy. He took the craving for drugs from me, and gave me purpose. I now live free from addiction, full of hope, and want everyone to know Jesus is the answer.
