From the auto-shop where I was molested at age three, through my father’s twisted ‘lessons,’ to those lonely nights in foster care and on school-basement floors—I begged God for rescue. In 1988, after standing up for a substitute teacher, a friend urged me to find God for myself. I dove into Bible study, found true family in Broward Church, and on August 26, 1988, was baptized. Today … I’m free, healed, and living proof that our Heavenly Father makes beauty from ashes! 🙌🏼❤️

The sin and shame of my youth continued to follow me until God set me free.

My earthly father left me with emotional scars that only my heavenly Father could heal.
