I quickly emptied my baptismal pool and went home expecting resistance. But an hour later, that same leader called humbly to ask if they could borrow my poolโ€”now theirs was broken! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ Out of love and grace, I said yes. Their humbling moment revealed that man-made rules had overshadowed the power of the Holy Spirit. I realized that when we move in the Spirit, we must not let programs become stumbling blocks for those hungry for Christ. From Acts 8 to Matthew 28, Scripture shows weโ€™re all commanded to baptize. So when people are cut to the core by the gospel, we must baptize them immediately, trusting the Holy Spirit to do the rest. Hallelujah! โœ๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ
