I endured unspeakable pain from a very young age when I was repeatedly sexually abused by trusted family members and others. The abuse plunged me into a world of confusion, overwhelming guilt, and despair that led me to self-harm and multiple suicide attempts. For years, I struggled with eating disorders and deep emotional scars, feeling isolated and burdened by shame. In the darkest moments of my life, I cried out to Jesus and experienced a powerful, transformative encounter that gave me one more month to reclaim my life. That month marked the beginning of a healing journeyβ€”one where His forgiveness, restoration, and unconditional love replaced my anguish with hope and a new identity as a redeemed, new creation.
