Summary

SummaryI grew up an unhappy child, hiding away to cry 😒 and never finding lasting satisfaction. When I was 22 and pregnant with my first daughter, I longed to know my Creator and was amazed by God’s design of life. He sent caring neighborsβ€”fellow homemakersβ€”to share unconditional love and the Gospel with me. In 2008, my faith blossomed as I joined Lighthouse cell groups and began serving passionately: hosting groups, befriending newcomers, and visiting hospital patients. Though friends worried I’d burn out, I rested in my relationship with Jesus. He reminded me through Ephesians 2:8–10 that I am His workmanship, created for good works. On my 48th birthday, I prayed to keep serving while I’m able. Only later did I realize God was using my simple acts of love to impact lives. Today, true joy is hearing God’s Word and encouraging others to draw near to Him πŸ™Œ.
