Summary

I was born into Islam in Egypt and raised with its traditions, but when it came time to teach my children, I discovered shocking discrepancies in what I had always believed. My journey began with a sincere quest for understandingβ€”opening the Quran, researching its origins, and questioning teachings that I once accepted without thought. The realization that the Quran had been burned and rebuilt, along with disturbing accounts about Prophet Muhammad’s practices, left me deeply disillusioned. In the midst of fear for my afterlife and a desperate need for truth, I found clarity in the gospel of John. This revelation brought me not only intellectual honesty but also the profound, transformative love of Jesus Christ that now guides my life.

The Holy Spirit was the divine author of Scripture (2 Peter 1:21). While still using the individual personalities of the human authors, the Spirit superintended them to insure that they wrote precisely what He wanted written, without error or omission.† We believe that acceptance of Jesus Christ and the corresponding renewal of the Holy Spirit are the only paths to salvation for lost/sinful men and women. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who lives within and guides Christians so they are enabled to live godly lives.
