I was once trapped in a confusing and destructive lifestyleβ€”caught between an inner struggle with my gender identity and the lure of parties, drugs, and a false sense of freedom. Growing up in the black church, I felt isolated as my heart rebelled against the norms, and I even found myself locked in a slow class that only deepened my sense of unworthiness. Despite the pain, I continued to cry out to God in every moment of darkness. Then, through relentless prayer and a deeply personal encounter with Jesus and the Holy Spirit, I experienced a breakthrough. God’s grace washed over me and set me free from lesbianism, drug addiction, and the chains of a counterfeit life. Today, I stand restored and whole, testifying that only Jesus can heal, renew, and give true freedom.
