Summary

I’m Demetri Sanders, owner of the Lockdown Body Lab, and I’m here to share how I discovered my purpose. After excelling as a well-known athlete at Shawan University, I struggled to find my true callingβ€”until I realized that my giftings could be used to serve my community. I returned to school, started training, and eventually founded a gym in my home city of Raleigh. My goal is to empower others through consistent mentorship and positive community influence, helping people become the best version of themselves. I believe that when you put God first and trust the support of those around you, you can transform lives, including your own.
