SummaryI’ve been searching for independent housing and support for my youngest son, Lucas, who has additional needs. My friend Sam and I prayed outside a flat we liked, asking God to ‘open the door if it’s meant to be.’ Then, by pure grace, an old friend mentioned a perfect flat supported by carers for adults with Down syndrome. Though social services said it would take months, we prayed in faith—and suddenly the assessment was rushed, the carers said “yes,” and the commissioners approved Lucas’s flat, jumping the queue! My heart was full of gratitude as I witnessed God’s faithful provision for my son.
