SummaryI’m Nathan Campbell, and looking back, my world flipped in third grade when my parents divorced. 🙁 I blamed my mom, not realizing she was protecting me. During visits with my dad, I discovered he was abusing my little sister—and even I’d been manipulated without knowing it. That truth shattered my childhood trust and left me angry and hurt for years. But God didn’t leave me there. He brought a loving father figure into our lives at CedarCreek’s Findlay campus, and slowly I learned there are levels of love: I could forgive my dad and pray for him from a distance. Through persistent prayer and God’s sufficient grace—“Jesus’s blood has already been shed”—I found true freedom in forgiving. Today, I love him enough to release my hurt and trust in God’s healing power. 🙏✨
