Summary

SummaryI was expelled from my indigenous community in Mexico because I chose to worship Jesus. We fled at night, arriving in Kitan with nowhere to sleep, and I felt a deep sadness leaving my home. Over time, God provided a place to stay and, in 2022, Open Doors invited me to biblical training that strengthened my faith. Through fasting and prayer, I found peace and joy as people finally listened to my story. Open Doors covered our rent for a year and, in 2024, helped us start a small fruit and vegetable businessβ€”providing a cooler and support that brought me great happiness 😊. Please pray that my business flourishes and that other persecuted believers in Chiapas feel God’s presence and community support πŸ™.

Irma*, along with several other Christian families, were forced to leave their indigenous community because of their faith. Your prayers and support have strengthened and comforted them in their time of need.
