SummaryI’m Hazel Zaragoza, and in 2014 I fell into an avalanche of debt—housing and auto loans, credit cards, school fees, insurance premiums—over ₱6.5 million by 2019. Losing my job in April 2017 plunged me deeper into borrowing from friends and family, living in fear and hiding from creditors. In September 2019, I surrendered everything to Jesus through WOW Ministry 🙏. By confessing, listing my debts, cutting expenses, and stopping new borrowing, and with accountability from my sister and D-group leader, I saw God’s grace: one creditor reduced ₱70 000 to ₱17 000, another forgave interest. From ₱6.5 M down to ₱300 000 and on track to pay it off by year’s end! I now honor God first with tithes and cheerful giving, experiencing true freedom in Christ! 🎉✨
