I battled a 10-year addiction to pornography that began when I was just 10 and persisted into my early adulthood. The addiction served as an escape, numbing my emotions with dopamine highs while distorting my view of intimacy and objectifying relationships. Over time, feelings of guilt, shame, and unaddressed trauma weighed me down. At 22, I reached a breaking point and embarked on a rigorous process of deliverance, healing, and personal transformation, reclaiming true intimacy and self-worth through my faith in Jesus.
