Summary
My name is Leslie, and my journey has been one of pain, redemption, and purpose. Abused as a child and kidnapped into sex trafficking at 15, I endured years of unimaginable suffering. To cope with the trauma, I turned to crack cocaine, but the pain only grew stronger. On July 4, 2000, in the midst of a suicide attempt, I felt Godβs presence like never beforeβa hug that healed my brokenness. I entered detox, found faith in Jesus, and discovered forgiveness and purpose. Today, I lead Sacred Beginnings, helping other women escape exploitation. Through Christ, Iβve been transformed into a warrior, knowing who I am in Him. I am free.
