Summary
My name is Jesse, and I spent three years at Bethelβs Supernatural School of Ministry immersed in prophetic training, mission trips, and charismatic practices. Although I initially loved learning how to βprophesyβ and move in supernatural gifts, I discovered red flags comparing Bethelβs methods with Mormonismβs modern βprophetsβ and realized we used extra-biblical claims to validate personal experiences. Diving deeper into Scripture, I saw that my beliefs were often contradicted by the Bibleβs teachings on prophecy, the true gospel, and Jesusβ divine authority. Ultimately, the Holy Spirit convicted me of following spiritual hype over sound doctrine. I left Bethel, recognizing that genuine faith hinges on Christβs finished work on the cross, not supernatural displays or personal revelations. Today, I encourage others to measure all teachings against Godβs Word and trust that the gospel itselfβcentered on Jesusβ life, death, and resurrectionβis sufficient to save and transform.

Jesse graduated from the 3-year Bethel Supernatural Ministry School, where he was knighted by false prophet Kris Vallotton. Jesse walked away from Bethelβs teachings when he discovered the similarities of charismatic teachings and Mormonism. Now, he calls out false prophecy and points people to study the Bible. Note from Doreen: I have had comments turned off of all my videos since 2009 because I donβt have an assistant or moderator, and my schedule is super busy. You can reach me through direct instant messages at https://www.instagram.com/doreenvirtue/ Where I personally read and answer messages, albeit slowly because itβs just me without a staff. If I donβt answer right away, please write again and your letter will pop to the top.
