My name is Ross, raised by a Jewish father and a Sicilian mother. My dad believed in Jesus, but I ran from his β€˜crazy’ faith, preferring my party life in San Francisco. One night at a disco, though, everything changed. I had a powerful vision, hearing the question, β€œWhy will you go to hell when you don’t have to?” That moment stopped me in my tracks. I realized I couldn’t ignore God’s voice anymore. My brother and I left the club convinced God was calling both of us. In tears, we drove to see our father and confessed all our wrongs, unexpectedly finding real peace in Jesus. Though I once resisted even opening the Bible, I eventually became a pastor, helping others see that accepting Jesus as the Jewish Messiah doesn’t erase our heritageβ€”it fulfills it. Now, I passionately teach the Scriptures, showing how Christ is the true completion of all God promised to Israel.

Ross Reinman grew up in a Jewish home with a Jewish Dad and a Sicilian Mom. His Jewish Dad, a believer in Jesus, shared the gospel with Ross but Ross didn’t want Jesus. A night in San Francisco would change the course of his life transforming him from a party guy to a pastor. Ross also engages in the topic of Jewish lineage tracing Jewish heritage back to the Hebrew Scriptures where being a Jew came through the paternal line, or line of the father.

Ross Reinman is a biblical scholar, Ph.D., and the head pastor of Calvary Chapel The Rock Church in Santa Rosa California.
