Summary

After his father’s death at age 11, Mark Rogers turned to crime and drugs, cycling in and out of juvenile and adult detention. In 1992 he faced both state and federal charges, and in prison he finally surrendered to God in November 1993. He experienced deep fellowship with Christ behind bars, was later wrongfully charged with murder, and boldly preached on Rikers Island. Acquitted in 2017, he now serves in prison ministry and leads Bible studies for inmates.
