Summary

I turned 30 last November at a time when depression overwhelmed meβ€”feeling isolated, exhausted by social media pressures, and utterly defeated. I found myself crying on my balcony, questioning if death might be an escape. In that desperate moment, I surrendered completely to the Lord. Soon, I embarked on a 40-day fast during which God broke my strongholds and transformed my heart. My baptism further affirmed that I had been reborn in Christ. Today, I stand restored, with renewed hope and gratitude. I share my story so that anyone trapped in the darkness of depression can discover that through surrender and prayer, God’s grace brings a new beginning.
