Summary
I got so caught up in pursuing my master’s degree and career that I unintentionally began neglecting God’s Word. Though I knew the Scriptures by heart, I felt guilty and unworthy to share the Gospel. The worries, anxieties, and performance pressures choked out my faith—just like the third soil in the Parable of the Sower. Yet the Holy Spirit gently reminded me that I was accepted by grace, not by my performance. He called me to believe first—“Blessed are those who do not see yet believe” (John 20:29)—and to start all over again in faith, relying on His guidance rather than my own strength.
