We were preparing to attend a Christmas Eve service when my six-month-old son, Peter, took a sudden fall off a toddler bed. At first, I thought it was just a minor accident, but something in my spirit told me to be cautious. After rushing Peter to the ER, a scan revealed a dangerous skull fracture and a growing blood clot pressing on his brain. Everything moved at lightning speed. Doctors told us he needed immediate surgery or he wouldn’t survive. In that terrifying moment, we reached out for prayer and realized God was orchestrating every step—placing the leading neurosurgeon on call, guiding each test, and moving swiftly when seconds counted. Remarkably, Peter’s procedure went smoothly, and he left the hospital just days later, with no lasting damage. Even his surgeon called it a miracle. Today, Peter is a healthy, active five-year-old who loves adventure and reminds us every day that God’s power to save remains alive and well. We share his story so others can know miracles still happen—God heard our cry that Christmas Eve and rescued our son.
