Summary

I was traveling from Miami to Port‑au‑Prince when I met a Haitian man named Stanley, who had lost his wife during the earthquake. His loss and my own conversion experience (I came to know Christ at 17) moved me deeply. Feeling the Holy Spirit’s gentle prompt, I reached out to him with an earnest email sharing my story and prayers. In a miraculous turn of events, his reply led me to mobilize resources that saved 28 livesβ€”and later, 23 additional livesβ€”in a unified response of faith and divine intervention. I share my testimony to encourage others that through God’s guidance, even the most devastating events can bring hope and transformation.
