SummaryI’m Sheila Tatum. When I first walked into The Way World Outreach thirteen years ago, I was angry, bitter, and separated from my husband Reggie. The Holy Spirit asked me: β€œDo you want to live in bitterness or in healing and forgiveness?” I chose forgivenessβ€”praying for Reggie’s heart, and then the Lord filled me with peace and joy. As I served in ministry, I discovered a deeper love for our son Tate and learned to pour into his life. One birthday, seeing how loved he felt with β€œAunt” at church, I realized homeβ€”and God’s familyβ€”was where I truly belonged. Reggie and I recommitted our marriage at a conference, and he experienced a breakthroughβ€”learning to honor me, put God first, and lead our family. Today, we serve on the core leadership team and teach marriage classes, grateful for the restoration only Jesus can bring.
