Summary

I share a heartfelt reflection on the mystery of unanswered prayers. Although on the surface it may seem that nothing happens when we pray, I’ve learned that God is always at workβ€”even if His answers come in unexpected ways or much later. Through my own experiencesβ€”from past pastoral work in the suburbs of Dallas to doing worship evangelism in Deep Ellumβ€”I call these divine interventions ‘kisses from God.’ They remind me that every prayer is answered, even if the evidence isn’t visible right away. I encourage you to continue trusting in Him; know that even in silence, God is busy working miracles.
