Summary
I’ve endured a lifetime of pain from abuse, abandonment, and emotional turmoil that left me isolated and broken. My journey from a turbulent childhood in northern England, through relentless domestic violence and crippling mental health struggles including an eating disorder, led me to New Zealand where I discovered hope in worship and church. Embracing Jesus transformed my despair into healing, and my testimony stands as a declaration of God’s unwavering love and redemption.

In this first episode I share my testimony and discuss my childhood — growing up without my dad, living in an abusive home, and how I ended up becoming a Christian at 17 years old. Trigger warning: The episode covers sensitive topics such as physical abuse, suicide, and mental health challenges.
