I am Jeff Johnson, and along with my wife Suzanne, I share our journey from crippling debt to living debt free according to God’s Word. We started our marriage in deep financial struggleβ€”so much so that we couldn’t even afford food at times. Through the guidance and teaching we received from Pastor Bill Kraus’s church, we committed ourselves to the Lord. When I heard an internal voice saying, ‘ask anything in my name and I will make it for you,’ I prayed for an income. Miraculously, God provided a new opportunityβ€”a full-time crossing guard job that eventually evolved into a supervisory position with a tremendous wage increase. Today, we stand as living proof that when you honor God, He honors you. Our testimony is solely about Jesus and His provision, and it has changed our lives forever.

KCM Partners Jeff and Susanne Johnson have been married for 42 years. Despite being Christians who tithed, they were in deep financial debt from the very start of their marriage. In fact, they were in so deep they were unable to pay their bills or even buy food. Through helping at Pastor Bill Krause’s church, they began to learn how to budget and stick with it. They committed and submitted themselves to the Lord and the teachings they gleaned from Pastor Krause.

At the time, Susanne was a home-school mom of four, and their family of six was living off only Jeff’s income. One day, she heard the Holy Spirit tell her, Ask anything in My Name, and if I don’t have it, I will make it for you. Being on a very strict budget with one income, they were just barely squeaking by. So, Susanne stepped out in faith, and asked the Lord for a job. About a month later, she received one as a crossing guard. It didn’t bring in much, but it was something that progressively turned into much more.

Within three months, the crossing guard coordinator had some difficulties due to pregnancy and began to pass her responsibilities on to Susanne. Within one year, the coordinator retired and passed all her duties to Susanne. To top it off, the police department created a position for Susanne that had never existed before. She became a supervisor for all crossing guards and volunteers, earning a 750% wage increase!

What did God say? Ask anything in My Name, and if I don’t have it, I will make it for you. The Lord literally created a full-time job for Susanne that didn’t exist before. She was a high school dropout who didn’t know how she would find a job, but none of that mattered to God. She placed her faith in Him, she asked and she received.

When you honor Him, He is sure to honor you. The Johnsons are now living debt free according to the Word and are grateful to KCM for teaching them how!
