My name is Kenza, and I was born in Casablanca, Morocco, into a devoted Islamic family who expected me to live and die as a Muslim. After moving to the U.S., I wrestled with deep anxiety and depression, feeling unable to earn favor from a distant God. I explored New Age and tried to find relief in worldly pursuits, but nothing filled the emptiness in my heart. Powerful dreams of Jesus inviting me to peace kept stirring my soul, showing me a love and fatherly care Islam never offered. Eventually, I left my family’s home and all I had ever known to pursue the truth of Christ. Although my relatives tried to pull me back by force, I found lasting hope in Jesus’s grace, experienced genuine transformation, and embraced God as my loving Father. Today, I share my story so others will know the freedom, joy, and acceptance found only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
