Summary
SummaryI remember the first time I lost controlβopioids in my body, shame in my heart. I stole, overdosed, and even faced death in a motel room window π’. But when I hit rock bottom, God spoke: βThis isnβt the end.β Today, I celebrate one year, eight months, and 27 days clean π. I have family restored, a home, a job, and His peace. If He never gave up on me, He wonβt give up on you β€οΈ.
βNo matter where you find yourself today, God still loves you, and He will never give up on you.β
After falling addicted to opiates, Liz found herself living a life of homelessness inside and out of jail, a halfway house, city bound trains, a psychiatric hospital, and motel rooms. Estranged from her family and her sense of self, she felt her life had no purpose. One moment with God changed everything. Take a listen to hear how God restored her life, mind, body, and relationships.
Testimony accompanied by Celina Quinones, singing “Never Gave Up” by Tasha Cobbs Leonard.
