I was born and raised in Amman, Jordan, where my identity was defined by the traditions of Islam and my family’s strict beliefs. Growing up in a conservative environment, I was left with unanswered questions about salvation and my own worthβ€”exacerbated by a painful home life marked by my alcoholic father and even the trauma of an abortion during high school. I felt lost and condemned by a system that promised no forgiveness. It wasn’t until I heard the name ‘Jesus’ that I began my journey toward liberation. Embracing Jesus opened my eyes to a truth that brought me the peace, love, and healing I had desperately sought. My transformation stands as a testament that no matter how constrained your past or how deeply rooted your pain, the liberating truth of Jesus can restore your heart and give you new life.

Aisha was always a questioner, but growing up in a traditional Muslim family, she found that her questions about salvation were never quite answered. Growing up with an alcoholic father, she found her need for love was never quite satiated either. By the time Aisha was in high school, she had experienced an abortion and realized that, according to her family’s faith, she would never be forgiven. It wasn’t until she heard the name “Jesus” that began to travel toward the truthβ€”a truth that would finally give her the peace and love she had been searching for all her life.
