Soon, my wife Marlene and I answered His call to plant a Spanish-speaking church in Comptonβ€”we began with four disciples, and today we have twenty-five! πŸ•ŠοΈ I also had the incredible opportunity to preach at Teen Challenge Ministry Institute; the director invited me to teach, and now I lead a Biblical Interpretation class of seventy-five students each week. πŸ“– But one of the most powerful moments was when a young woman from Venezuela, tormented by a generational curse of witchcraft, manifested demonic symptoms in our serviceβ€”eyes rolled back, tongue out, distorted speech. Through prayer and fasting, in less than ten minutes we saw God’s victory as the demon fled! πŸŽ‰ Praise God for every breakthroughβ€”pray for us as we continue walking in faith here in Compton.
