SummaryI’d grown up in a sheltered Christian bubble, spoon-fed faith from Sunday school to chapel, but when I left college, I was forced to own my beliefs for the first time 😔. Questions about my relationship with Christ led me to dive into a campus group and later to a vibrant church in Austin, Texas. Seeing peers on fire for Jesus sparked a jealousy that stirred my heart 🔥. Encouraged by friends, I took the step to be baptized—a public declaration of dying to my old life and rising to new life in Him 🌊. Baptism awakened in me a hunger for sanctification, the circumcision of the heart rather than just outward compliance. Now, I carve out quiet time in Scripture, lean into church small groups, and lean on my community to keep my faith alive. God has shown me that true transformation happens when I fully let go and trust His will 🙌.
