My heart pounded as I realized I was left behindβalone with a mother and childβfilled with fear and desperation, crying out for the Lord to take me, questioning my devotion and pleading for His mercy.
Awakening in my bed, I fell to my knees, determined never to feel that crushing sense of being left out again. My dream became a powerful reminder to fully surrender, pick up my cross, and follow Christ wholeheartedly, because He truly is so much closer than we realize.
