Through persistent prayer, God led me to Matthew 16:24โ€“25, calling me to deny my ambitions, take up my cross, and follow Him. Though letting go of my plans and that relationship shocked everyone, I felt Godโ€™s comfort and guidance draw me closer each day. On August 14, 2013, I was baptizedโ€”my happiest, most peaceful momentโ€”marking the end of compartmentalized faith and the beginning of a surrendered, whole-life devotion to Jesus. ๐Ÿ™Œโœจโ€
