SummaryI’m Bernice McClure from South Pittsburg, Tennessee, now living in Knoxville. Growing up as a preacher’s kid, church was my refuge amid my stepfather’s alcoholism and chaos at home. At 17, I escaped into two painful marriages, each leaving me wounded—especially when my second husband turned out to be a crack addict. Despite depression that sometimes felt unbearable, God’s guiding hand pulled me through every trial. I remember driving three days on “E” as He supernaturally kept my car running until provision came. After relinquishing control, I moved to Knoxville for Bible school, where divine whispers transformed my heart. There, God brought my true husband into my life—first as a friend in his own grief, then as my lifelong partner. Now, at almost 68, I’m living proof that no mistake is too great, and that God’s love renews our youth and secures our future. 🙌❤️
