I was born and raised in Iran, in the midst of chaos and a family of martyrs, where every aspect of life was dictated by Islam. For years, I suffered under the weight of oppressive teachings and even resorted to self-harm as a way to atone for my sins. My heart was heavy with shame and confusion until I encountered the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. In a long, painful journey of internal struggle and heated debates with friends, I finally realized that the debt for my sins had been fully paid through the sacrifice of Jesus. That momentβ€”when I heard His blood was shed for meβ€”brought an overwhelming sense of freedom and hope. Fleeing the dangers in my homeland and the rejection from my biological family, I found a new home among believers in America. Today, my testimony is not just a record of my conversion, but a declaration that true salvation and restoration come only through Jesus.
